Want to start your morning with your feet firmly on the ground and a bit of fire in your belly? Join me for my dynamic flow class on Tuesday mornings at 09:00-10:00 taught in my cosy home teaching space overlooking the garden.

Postnatal Yoga (in person with Baby)

Placing the mother at the centre, this is a class to nourish, strengthen, restore and arrive into a new body.
