Movement and Making

Seasonal Sessions

Across the year I offer four seasonal in person movement and making sessions. Each session celebrates the turning of the season with yoga, pranayama (breathwork), poetry, journaling and a creative craft of some kind.

What does a Seasonal Session look like?

  • In person, small group

  • Yoga based embodied movement inspired by the season

  • Pranayama (breathwork)

  • Seasonal poetry, journaling and intention setting for months ahead

  • Nidra/ deep restorative savasana (sometimes with sound)

  • Art therapeutic practices 

  • Seasonal crafting (winter wreath making etc)

  • Homemade herbal tea and nourishing snacks

  • Sessions are 4 hours, 2 hours of yoga/rest followed by a relaxed 2 hours of creative time. 

Upcoming: Spring Awakening

The next Seasonal Session will take place across the weekend of Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March.
