Movement and Making
Seasonal Sessions
Across the year I offer four seasonal in person movement and making sessions. Each session celebrates the turning of the season with yoga, pranayama (breathwork), poetry, journaling and a creative craft of some kind.


What does a Seasonal Session look like?

In person, small group

Yoga based embodied movement inspired by the season

Pranayama (breathwork)

Seasonal poetry, journaling and intention setting for months ahead

Nidra/ deep restorative savasana (sometimes with sound)

Art therapeutic practices

Seasonal crafting (winter wreath making etc)

Homemade herbal tea and nourishing snacks

Sessions are 4 hours, 2 hours of yoga/rest followed by a relaxed 2 hours of creative time.

The next Seasonal Session will take place across the weekend of Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March.
