Tuesday Fiery Flow (or go slow)
Want to start your morning with your feet firmly on the ground and a bit of fire in your belly? Join me for my dynamic flow class on Tuesday morning at 09:00-10:00 taught in my cosy home teaching space overlooking the garden.
In this class expect playful yoga asana as you move through flowing sequences and poses decorated with flourishes of movement that take inspiration from somatic and embodied practices. This is fiery dynamic flow, but you'll always be offered options from the more restful and restorative to deeper and varied progressions. We explore pranayama (yogic breathwork) each week to support and nurture your nervous system and end class with a grounding savasana (rest). You'll leave feeling more connected, strong and with a presence of mind that will extend into the week ahead.

What to expect:

fiery dynamic yoga (but always with options for less heat)

somatic/dance like playful practices to bring joy into your movement
