A foundational class for women to discover the joy of calisthenics training
I discovered calisthenics through my own play in local parks, it's gradually become a central part of my training, eventually leading to completing an instructors certification enabling me to share this playful practice more widely! Calisthenics is brilliant for women because it builds intelligent, transferable strength using your own body as resistance.
From my home teaching space you will learn to work with gymnastics rings, bars and paraletts building calisthenics foundations from beginners level through to more spicy progressions. The benefits of this training include improving:

My approach to movement has evolved to encompass somatic, primal and intuitive movement styles. I believe movement is for everyone and that it should feel nourishing and playful. When we come to our practice it should be for joy and connection.
Classes are £15 in person every Monday 09:00-10:00 & Friday 09:15-10:15
Who is this class for? This class welcomes all women, from beginners to the more experienced.
