Pregnancy permanently alters the body and brain, right down to our cells and DNA. But well beyond that biological metamorphosis is the spiritual and emotional transformation that takes place. It's a wild ride, and through breath, movement and meditation tools, yoga can provide a wonderful framework to support you on your way. 

 

Developing a pregnancy yoga practice promotes better management of energy levels, better digestion, range of movement, strength and more restful sleep. In this class you'll master pelvic floor practices for improved tone and flexibility as well as more general body conditioning to help promote your wellbeing and keep you moving throughout your pregnancy. You'll also learn about how yoga can support your experience of birth, with guidance on how movement and breath can support you during labour. 

 

This class helps you to carve out time to connect to yourself and your unborn child, contributing to a well nurtured pregnancy and a conscious experience of birth so that your light might shine into your motherhood for years to come. 

 

Classes are £10 will take place via zoom on Thursday evenings 19:30-21:00
