Yoga teacher, artist, writer, tree climber and mother.

My yoga teaching has evolved to encompass somatic, primal and intuitive movement styles. I believe movement should feel nourishing and playful, when we come to our mat it should be for joy and connection.

It's hard to sum up my way of teaching, but you can expect; delicious dynamic movement that is both fiery and nurturing, pranayama (breathwork), sound meditation, poetry, lots of references to the natural world and enriching savasana (rest).

Mother work

Becoming a mother to three children in 3.5 years was a transformative time for me. The demands of motherhood were an awakening and I was met by a deep realisation of how important mother care truly is. This time of matrescence has rewritten my world and defined how I want to move forwards.

I believe every mother deserves to know the richness of yoga and how it can help them navigate the challenges of everyday life, especially in motherhood. That is why I centre a significant amount of my work towards mothers.

Learning presence through the natural world

Life is precious, being present and connected is a gift, my teaching aims to help you stay present and connected to yourself and the people you most cherish. The yoga tools I teach have the potential to bring real magic to your daily life, developing deep trust and resilience to help you move through the seasons of life.

My own mother is a singer, and my father a gardener, they weaved their magic into the fabric of my upbringing, surrounded by song and soil. My teaching work takes inspiration from the natural world and my connection to music is present in the sound meditations I include in my classes and the soundtrack that accompanies my movement teaching. I will sometimes sing in class, esp in my pregnancy and postnatal teaching, I believe that sound is a powerful tool to ground us.

Seasonal Sessions

I have been practicing yoga for some 20 years and teaching for eight. A naturally curious soul I am fully committed to lifelong learning and am always pursuing self-study to enrich my teaching in diverse areas including studies in singing/music, art therapy, nervous system care, massage and body mind centering. As well as my 200 hour Vinyasa training and Perinatal Diploma (pregnancy and postpartum), I am an accredited calisthenics instructor.

Before motherhood and yoga teaching, I lived aboard my narrowboat and worked in the London boating community as a mooring ranger. I love building relationships, connections and community. I think coaching and supporting people has always spoken to me.

Yoga in action

I love teaching small groups and am lucky enough to be able to do this in my own home in Dulwich, South East London. I also offer one-to-one sessions that can be tailored to your needs.
